I am a Senior Project Manager & Senior Project Management Consultant.
I have over 15 years of experience in managing complex and diverse projects across various industries, such as automotive, finance, and media. I hold several certifications in project management methodologies, including PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile®, MSP®, P3O®, and ITIL®.
In addition to my current roles, I am also a partner at BOXMAT and owner of my own personal brand Kamil Baloun & Co., where I offer coaching and mentoring services mainly focused on Project and Self Management, and LinkedIn Growth.
I am passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their goals, improve their performance, and maintain their well-being.
